Informant's hosting services include state of the art technology that comprises multiple quad processor servers, dedicated hwr servers, NLB topology, mirrored back up systems and high performance service level agreements, Microsoft and Linux operating systems, fully scalable servers and multiple communication ingress points to servers.

In exceptional circumstances Informant can and has developed a customer's infrastucture in-house and re-deployed it to the customers own servers. In these situations, magicomm insists on maintaining a duplicate system on it's servers in order to offer on-going development and support.
