Services

Informant offers customers installation support and maintenance services, training and consulting services throughout the use of their applications.

For this purpose, we have developed proprietary technology, fully integrated into our applications, using new, automated methods and procedures to provide support services while minimizing the need for physical presence of support staff. Thus, we have dramatically reduced the time needed for system recovery while simultaneously decreasing the time needed for the provision of support services. This way, our customers have gained substantial reduction in system operating costs.
