Formidable 2.8 with encryption is here!
Yes, it's true!
Formidable is the first digital pen and paper platform enabling Anoto functionality with support for Anoto's AES encryption.
We have noticed a higher degree of interest for encrypted forms. Even if the pen strokes are difficult to extract as they are, encryption is requested from many organisations.
With 256 bit AES encryption the pen data can now be encrypted from the writing moment, through the routing process to the receiving Formidable server where the pen strokes are decrypted and merged into its context.
Encrypted paper and Cryptographic keys
Formidable 2.8 enables the possiblity to buy encrypted pattern in our order system and it works just like an ordinary order request after you have enabled encryption in the settings tab.

Before you can use encryption you will also need cryptographic keys, delivered by us, for the server and pens.
